You say diet isn't the problem, but abs won't show until you get at least to a bf% of 11 or less. Unfortunately we cannot spot reduce and must train our whole body to be ble to burn more fatty tissue. WHar are you doing and what are you eating?

As far as diet, I am currently on a version of the Atkins diet ( more like a no bad carbs rather than cut out completely. Training, I do cardio 4x per week, usually on a stationay bike for 30 min. Abs- I stick with crunches, oblique crunches, and leg raises to try to hit my lower abs. I also try to get in a few sets of straight leg dead lifts to work my back.

The Atkins diet is high in fat, and I don't think that is helpful when trying to lose BF. Are you doing your ab workouts with resistance? I just saw new posts on this. You should work abs 2-3 times a week, at least 1x with resistance.
