Hi there weighed in at work and according to the scale I gained 2 pounds in 4 days. My scale even with its little lines reads 140. The 2 are fairly accurate so I am guessing I will have a large loss next week. Good news no more real heavy snow shoveling. I can actually get back to lilfting and aerobics that do not require a shovel. Waiting with baited breath for the diet section to begin. Bought cocnut oil, told to slow down Alzheimers and improve mental alertness. At my age why not! send any recipes you have.
