Hi everyone, my name is Brian. I am 22, and as i get older as most people do, i am noticing it is much easier to gain weight. My dad at this age was skinny, like i am now. Now hes 45 and sitting at about 400 pounds. I am not going to end up like that. Anyways, I started on January 27th exercising daily. I started at 10 situps, and 5 push-ups. I tried to walk atleast a mile a day. Now i am up to 10 push ups per rep, and about 40 situps in one rep. I am noticing some changes to the mustle structure in my chest, which is VERY encouraging!
