After 4 years yo-yo dieting, I finally managed to find something tht worked for me and lost 27 lbs since April last year. I kept working out, including both cardio and weights, I'm not into this whole thing of losing weight by diet alone - not interested in being skinny-fat, thank you!
Now I would like to lose another 15 lbs or so, but I want to kick it up and notch and really reshape my body. I want to slim my thighs and hips and build up by upper body a bit to balance out. I also really would like to concentrate on slimming down my lower body mostly in the next 4 weeks, as I'm going on vacation and I really would like not to loosk flabby in my bikini!
I workout at home. I modified my exercise schedule to look like this:
Mon: light yoga (work day)
Tue: light yoga (work day)
Wed: Winsor Pilates 45 min. workout
Thu: 30-45 min. cardio
Fri: Lower body + 30 min. cardio
Sat: 30-45 min. cardio
Sun: Full body workout + 30 min. cardio
