Hi,
I came across this site whilst looking for diets to help me bulk up. I am really skinny and am looking to start the gym soon to bulk and tone up a little. I am a bit scared of the free weights as I dont want to look a fool in the local Gym as I really am quite week
I have not filled in my personal profile yet as I do not know my exact weight which I hope to find today.
I have started to eat a lot more as I dont really want to be drinking those shakes and things I would prefer to just eat food and maybe that will improve my cooking skills too, haha.
I think I will vist these forums on a daily basis to read up and to ask and questions that Im siure you could help me on. Hope to become a member of this community.

Whoops forgot to add Im a student so thats another reason I don't really want the shakes, they are so expensive. Trying to bulk up on the cheap really.

Hi mate welcome to ft:big_smile: Dont worry about going to the gym,no one will make fun of you!I bet most of the guys at your gym were skinny once.Stick to your program and train hard :dumbbell: and you will bulk up.

welcome matt, dont sweat what other people think about you in the gym, keep ya head in the now, focus and work hard, if they have time to sit around and worry about what you are doing, only means they are not concentrating on their workout and only cheating themselves out of a great workout, as i always say, " As a man thinketh in his heart. so he is " .... :dumbbell:

I really dont know where to post this question and I dont want to fill up the forum with rubbish.
I am really skinny and have just started eating bigger as you know. I really like breakfast cereal but dont know which one to buy. I am looking for one with NO SUGAR and one that will help me gain the most weight.
Any ideas, also where would be best to post this kind of question.
