Hi, I just thought I would come and introduce myself to you all. I stumbled acroos this site last night when I was contemplating joining a gym. After seeing what this site had to offer, I quickly changed my mind.
I am a sports and alternative therapist so I am mainly dealing with injured athleted and stressed worker. I have decided that in order for me to treat my clients to the best of my abilities it would be best to loose some weight and improve my fitness.
After finding this site and getting my workout devised for me I have decided that I am going to try and stick to it. I've tried everything else, I may as well try this. So please cross your fingers, legs (and anything else) and hope that this works, I sure hope it works.
Welcome to the site xlinda. According to your profile you've been studying karate since you were five. If only I'd of done something like that maybe I'd be more disciplined today.

It's the quickest way to get an answer to your questions as most have been answered numerous times. If you need something clarified just post it on the message board in the right forum.
