Hey, I just started here this week, on Monday. I've had a few questions and a couple of hiccups (the hiccups involving mainly my gym not having the machines needed for specified exercises), but I think I'm managing well. I do have a question about tomorrow's workout. The final two exercises given are exactly the same. I assume I'm not supposed to repeat another four sets of lying triceps extensions imediately after completing the first four sets. Who can I ask for clarification about this? Also, is there a place on this site I can go to find acceptable substitutions for those exercises my gym doesn't have the machines for?
