Hi! My name is Alexandria and I'm pretty new to this;
I have a question ... and I don't know if this is the right place to put it but here goes anyways ... If I exercise everyday, work hard to get in shape, and I eat right and all that nice stuff, does argueing with a loved one create consequences in working out? Can someone help me out with this? Does anyone have a similar experience to this?:(

Actually, training AFTER the argument, is a great stress releiver. The arguing might make it hard to focus at first, but once your focused, the stress will leave.

Carivan is correct. But stress levels after training are not good either. You create stress levels while training(cortisol). The idea after is to reduce cortisol so muscular adaptations can take place. If you argue alot, this will simply raise stress levels, and induce cortisol. Practice some anger management maybe, or your counterpart(loved one, or both).

BB1 is right, very right.
I like to take about 15-20 minutes post workout, where I just relax. Drink a PWO shake, do some light stretching maybe, fill out my workout log, and just sit around.
