Hi there, I'm a new member in this community. My name is Joshua, I live in Indonesia, I've been lifting weights for about 2 years, and my main goal is to get big and good formed body.

I haven't got the chance to thoroughly browse this site, but I've tried to construct a workout plan, eventhough at this time I will not follow it yet because I'm in a middle of a program. I've noticed that when constructing a workout plan, the exercises will be prescribed. My question is, how about if I can't do the prescribed exercises, for instance because I don't have the right equipments, etc? Is there any guideline to properly substitute the exercises?

I only have that one question so far. I intend to try a program here when I'm done with my current program.

I have the same question...not because I want to change the exercises to those that are easier/more enjoyable to me, but rather because I can't do some of them in my home gym. Examples are decline press and some of the lighter dumbell workouts (I don't have dumbells that light, and I won't use adjustables). From what I can tell, you can't change the exrcises...but maybe that could be worked into the software? Too bad this site uses .jsp and not php... I could help 8^) . Anyway, this question in no way affects my opinion of the site, I'm just being an annoying user (and of a free service too, aren't I difficult?). Thanks!

Just substitute your exercise with one you can do and that works the same bodypart you are targeting. FT lists all of their exercises under FT Exercise Resouces/Muscle Targeting.
