dont stop eating. your metabolism is probably slowing down from not eating enough. (EH)

Don't stop eating like arturo said. I am Canadian but I can't really help you on Xenadrine efx .. I'd suggest you possibly buy it from a US company over the internet and have them ship it to you.

Eating right will be easier on your body and more$$in your pocket. Don't let the advertising hype fool you. I agree with your husband. Remember the plan !

You will not find any ephedrine containing products in Canada. But the Ephedra free versions can be found at health food stores all over.(GNC, Musclemag, Nutrition House, etc.) If you are in Toronto you can find it all over but if you are anywhere else, I am not sure.

I would avoid fat burners if possible. Many can do more harm than good.
The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. This is no secret. But fad or crash diets aren't the answer. Eating too little will cause your body to store fat instead of burning it. And as soon as you've lost the desired amount of weight and go off the diet it won't be long before you start to gain it back.
I believe the best diet isn't really a diet at all but a lifestyle change regarding how and what we eat combined with regular excercise.
I lost 70lbs and have pretty much maintained it for 15 years. I still eat Pizza once in a while but only 1 or 2 slices instead of 4 or 5!
You should probably see your doctor or a nutritionist and have them suggest an attainable long term weight loss and maintenance plan.
I'd say good luck but luck doesn't have anything to do with it. It's really good management.

If I were you I'd stay far away from xenadrine like pills. Anything that artificially upsets your bodies natural order can't be too good to take for any extended periods of time.
