I am a new commer to the site. With my program (at home) would it be affected much if in the off days of my program I do a lot of cardio I cycle daily 10 to 20km. And train in martial arts three days a week.
Thaqnks for the input loosing body fat is my goal right now I did weight training years ago and after getting married having kids all the regular excuses and bad eating habbits. now i am trying to return to better health & fittness
