Hi everyone! Today is my first day here, and I'm really psyched on making a difference on my weight. My question is that I'm not sure what I should I startout with as a regular basis. When I say that I mean out of three different things: Walking, Running, & Biking. I live in a small town so I can deffinately walk around. Running is a different story, I can run for maybe like 100yrds but then I have to stop because I can't breathe. Biking is something I used to do every night when I was younger because I enjoyed doing it. Which one of these can I beneifit from more?

Welcome to FT smartguy! I'd say the best thing to do is to do a variety of things, that way it'll keep you interested and motivated. Why not set a challenging distance/speed to ride and work up to that. Do the same with your running, start at a level you can handle and slowly increase your distance. A walk/run routine works well, try alternating for a total of 20-30min. If you cycled 1 day, ran 1 day and then went for a good walk the other days, I think this would give you a great start on a weekly routine. Maybe do your wt training on days you walk and cycle and run on not wt training days.....just some ideas. Good Luck!
