firstly, losing 40lbs. "quickly" as you put it in your profile.. is the wrong way to go as I have heard.. because people tend to fall back on their old ways shortly there after and gain back what they have lost + more.. Not saying that would happen to you.. but the safer way to lose that weight is "slowly" about 1-2 pounds a week and that's a lot if you think about it...
Secondly, you have all the technical information you need right at your finger tips as for support your husband should be the first in line...
