I'm new to this site and just wanted to say hi to everyone.
A little bit about myself (without making it sound like a personal ad) and what I'd like to achieve:
I live in Toronto, I work as an Industrial Millwright and my background is Italian. I weigh 210 Lbs but could stand to lose maybe 20 Lbs. I've been working out for the last 3 years and have tried a lot of different routines with no real success. I used to weigh 250 Lbs in high school but went down to 160 Lbs when I developed Chrones Disease. After my operation I had to put the weight back on and figured by lifting weights it would be a good way. I'm trying the routines that is available on this website and see where it takes me. Hopefully I will get leaner and more defined. Anyhow thanks for reading.
