Don't worry about that one, we've all been there. Like you, I found this site, and was immediately motivated to begin getting back into shape. Excpet this time, it's the best shape of my entire life, and I have seen results just over a month into it, that speak for themselves what a powerful website this is. So stay motivated, and good luck with your fitness goals.

Thanks!
yeah, motivation is probably my weak point. I am in the process of training for the Cleveland marathon. By signing up for races, I find that kinda forces me to 'get off my butt'

Welcome plunketa. Glad you joined us and looking forward to assisting you in your endeavors. Your training for marathons can probably provide an inspiration for some of us.:)

Good morning everyone. I have been just working out for six weeks since I quit smoking. I suppose I am older than most on the board. I am 46.... I have worked out off and on for the last 25 years. I prefer walking on my treadmill and lifting free weights although I do have a good weight machine in my home too. I am excited about this site and hoping to gain some good advice and good workouts. I want to lose a little weight but mostly I don't want to gain since I quit smoking.... a thirty year habit Ugh
