hi, my name is julie and new to the community here.

i used to be a 'gym junky' years ago - six back, nice arms, everything. then came the baby...=o)

i'm finally getting back to the gym after a 40 lb weight gain that i haven't bothered to deal with since her birth last august.

any tips? tricks? i've got strong will power to work out, but not so much for the health food. =o( any advice would be great!!!

Hi JLK!!...I know what your saying...I too am very diciplined when it comes to working out...but the healthy diet can be a problem...but I hadn't started seeing real fat loss until recently when I got my diet in check.So get yourself a plan...and figure how your going to get your diet under control...and have fun doing it!!!
