Well let's see I've been weight training for about a year and I've really gotten some great results. I absolutely love working out...but I've hit a wall and I can't lose the last 15. I work out 4-5 x per week and eat healthy. Don't know what's going on. Glad to be here hope this site helps. :)

Try a routine change or change the time you do it. That sometimes helps.

Welcome aboard. A routine change like Tim said, and also you mshould change up your calorie intake. Just give it a little more for a few days and drop back again.
