I hope to achieve my goal of losing 40lbs and finally getting down to 200lbs. Are their any cardio plan recommendations you guys can give me. I am 6'2 240.

Welcome qcsparty. Great choice comming here. The moderators are amazing and the plans work. Read posts about cardo and use the search at the bottom of the page. Do consider weight training though as your primary focus for calorie burning lean muscle for the long haul. Good luck.
