HI, I JUST JOINED TODAY AND SO FAR EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT. I'VE BEEN NOTICING LATELY THAT MY CLOTHES ARE GETTING TIGHTER AND I DONT WANT TO BUY BIGGER CLOTHES I WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I ONLY NEED TO LOSE APROX 10-12 LBS, BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE MAJORITY OF THE EXCESS FAT IS IN MY MIDDLE AREA,(STOMACH, WAIST, LOWER BACK) AND I ALSO HAVE A TERRIBLE DIET. I'M NOT A HUGE GIRL 5'4" 145 LBS BUT I COULD LOOK A LOT BETTER. ANY SUGGESTIONS? :(
Start off real slow and try not to over do it or overwhelm yourself. Try to maintain a sensible diet and start walking. Then lead to a slow jog and build up. Then look around on the web site and they fix you up with a workout plan. I hope this helps. Good luck.
