Hello! I'm a wife, and mom to an energetic 2yr old boy. Since giving birth, I haven't been able to lose the last 10 lbs of pregnancy weight, and I want to lose 5 more... so my goals include losing 15 lbs and toning up. I love to run, I've done 5 half marathons, but it's been hard to be consistent. I'm currently unemployed, doing temp jobs whenever I can, so my schedule is always changing. I cannot afford a gym membership, so I've been running outside, but when it rains I don't like to run & unfortunately its been raining a lot for weeks now... if anyone has any tips on how I can be more consistent (without blaming the rain) please feel free to offer any suggestions on exercise or nutrition! Thanks.
