Hello everyone,
I just found this group. I'm a middle aged mom of 8 who needs to lose around 50-60 lbs. In my teens, 20s and 30s I was an athlete. One of my kids was born with a serious illness (cystic fibrosis), which took me on a side journey of not exercising, not caring about my diet, and basically mild depression which made it difficult to stay motivated to take care of myself. Anyway, that child is 18 now, so I think it's time to get back on the wagon. I found this site today, and hope for new inspiration and support in regaining good health and fitness.
