I have struggled with my weight all my life, I am 43, mother of 5, have had 3 abdominal surgeries, and cringe every time I look in the mirror. I joined a gym last week and have one free session with a personal trainer coming up on Monday. I can't afford to pay the $100 a session/3 sessions a week they say I need so am here for help on making a workout routine for myself, nutrition tips and motivation.
Just take what the trainer does with you today, and apply it to your regular workouts during the week. I wish my old gym had a free trainer at start when I had my membership!! Good Luck!!
