Hey everyone! My name's Amy and I just got my program underway. I'm so excited, I start tomorrow. I'm a die-hard cardio lover, but have not quite gotten all the results that I wanted to so I am very happy to start strength training. :)

Good for you Amy...Just remember that when you start your strength trainig you need to start slow. Especially when you are knew to the practice...Have fun, and be healthy

Welcome Amy! A combination of strength training along with cardio will do your body better than you've ever imagined!! And you will be happy with your results! Don't forget another important part of training, eating! Make sure you eat right!
