Hi ! My name is Nathalie. I am new here, I just joined a few minutes ago. I used to be quite in shape, running every single day, but after a stressful event, I had a sudden 40 lbs weight gain !
Now I want (read : need) to lose it, plus another 10 lbs. Want to join me ?
I have free weights (I love those) and the elastic bands that create resistance (love those too).
What I would ultimately love is to take part in a 10 km run, and be in shape enough for it ! I have little endurance, that is why I am aiming at the 10 km run, and not the half marathon.
Tell me about you.... I need motivation and a challenge. Help me and I will help you !
