Hello all, I'm Angie. I have just joined a gym and am more than syched to start my new healthy life! I am overweight and need as much help losing weight as I can get. I am currentlty working out 4 days a week and doing mostly cardio. Now that I have gotten a fitness plan together I can't wait to start my new routine. I do however need some dieting tips...:big_smile: I have so far stopped drinking soda and replaced it with water and have cut out sweets. I hate veggies (other than potatoes and corn). I have tried just about every diet out there so I am looking to go about losing weight in a whole new light. Any advise for what diet I can follow? Anyone heard of the Fit for Life diet? I think it sounds pretty good.
