If i am trying to become lean and toned with muscle but not become huge how long should i expect it to take if i am on the following plan? My eating habits are very consistant of 5 smaller meals a day, always including fruit, vegies and chickens and meat. I work out with weights according to my fitness plan four times a week and cardio only about twice a week. My cardio is about a mile run and 5 four minute sparing with the bag and 4 50 set jump ropes each time.
