I am new to this website and hope to learn things that I can apply in action. I am a 27 year old male (height-5'10.5", weight-197lbs) and want to reach 160lbs (a long way to go). I have been doing cardio for 30-60 minutes for a month (mostly running or biking) and have lost much (~3lbs). I do see what I eat but many a times skip my breakfast. Please suggest me what I should do to reach the goal. I haven't tried weights as I have gangloid cysts in wrists. Doing a push up is an achievement by itself . Hope the experts and experienced ones can throw some lights.
Welcome to FT! Your on the right track with cardio for fat loss, but it is imparitive that your diet is in order as well. Skipping breakfast certainly won't help. I'm not sure what to suggest regarding wt training with your wrist issues, but you could do leg work and maybe wrapping your wrists for upper body work would help (not sure about this because I haven't a clue what gangloid cysts are)
