Hi Hi all!! I'm Mila from Indiana. I started my life change a few weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds so far. Now i am at a bit of a stand still. Lack of motivation is a big thing with me. I am a stay at home mom and work out here at home. Any advice would be welcome!!!!!

Mila, congratulations on the decision to make a lifestyle change. You'll find good information and support here. 9 lbs in a few weeks aint a standstill. It's a temporary plateau. 2 lbs a week is about the most that can be lost safely unless you're pretty heavy to start. Either way give yourself a pat on the back.
Take a look at the group FT challenge. You'll find plenty of encouragement and motivation there.
Thanks!! I know most of what i lost is due to me stopping drinking monster energy drinks and dr. pepper. now i drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning and the rest of the day i drink water and crystal light. =0)

Welcome to the site!
It's hard to get used to but cutting out the pop drinks and other sugar based items make a big change over a short period of time. Thanks for sharing. I personally drink water, some coffee and crystal light as a general rule. Sometimes the odd tea when time permits!
