Hello everyone I am a newbie! First of all I am currently 217 lbs and 47-43-46 and in a tight 16-18 jean(if it is streach!!) I am wanting to be between 150 and 160 lbs by christmas ( loss of 3 lbs a week) and ultimate goal is 145. I have three children by birth and one by marrage toal of four. and the best hubby in the world who still thinks I am sexy as ever (which makes it hard to stay motivated) and supports me in everything. We both gained about 50 lbs in the last two years and lost both his mother and my grandfather(who raised me) and are both emotional bing eaters. Now that our lives have calmed down some, the weight is falling off of him and i keep gaining!!!(honestly he has been trying harder than I have) I have finnally made of my mind to do this! If anyone wants to chat just write!!
Congratulations for making up your mind to change your lifestyle, as that is the only way you will acheive your goals. Try an exercise program from here with healthy eating habits, and I guarantee you will reach your goal.
