Hi, I'm new and just wanted to say hello to all the members. I am looking for a workout that will change my workout routine because I believe I have reached a plateau and cannot gain 10 more lbs of muscle. I believe it is my diet that is stopping me because I have not given much thought to what I am eating right now. I usually eat club sandwiches, Jay Rob's Whey Protein, and dinner will vary from chicken to burgers. Can someone advise me on what I should be eating to gain 10 more lbs. of muscle.
