I'm 53 years old and the extra weight that I've been carrying around for years is starting to take a toll on my health. I have decided that I need help doing this so I joined freetrainers.com. I have two beautiful granddaughters and two identical twin granddaughters on the way so I need to get in shape to be able to keep up with them when they visit. My three boys are grown & on their own so it's not like I don't have time to get in shape. My husband and I both have our own motorcycles and love to go on trips. I want to get in shape to be able to handle my mc more easily. In the past few years I've lost muscle mass and it gets to be a little too much sometimes. I need help with the motivation part of it. I'm overweight and tired all the time and I know if I would just move more I could get past the tired. I've already done a few things to improve my health and make it easier by quitting smoking and drinking beer. I work in an office and am very sedentary so my job is not working for me either when it comes to weight loss. Any help anyone can offer will be so much appreciated.
