Hi,
I was searching about online trying to find some good exercises to create a program for myself and I came across this site. I'm so excited to be starting the program made for me tomorrow. I was just introduced to the modeling world by a friend and have done a few shoots. I'm told I have an awsome face and attitude. But after reviewing some recent photos I found I need some work on my midsection and thighs. I think this will do it. I also want to add some arobic exercise to my plan but I don't have a gym membership, and the weather isn't good for jogging. Will jumping jacks work?? Or is there anything else I can do in my own small living room?? I hope this improves my energy and stamina too. Hope to hear from some one soon.
Thanks,
Moonaria

Anything that will get your heart rate up will be helpful.
Cardio works in tune with resistance training, and will speed up your meatabolism. If you can get out and walk or run, or in warm weather get on a bycycle, that will help. Don't forget that you cannot spot reduce. Your body will shed the fatty tissue from wherever it can. Just be patient and you will see the results.Don't forget, eat good nutritious food and you will feel good.
Hope this helps.
