I am currently 5'8 and 195 pounds. I've been slacking and have made some bad desicions about food/excesise, but i'm willing to turn it all around. I'm looking to lose about 50 pounds by next summer :) I realize alot of dedication is needed to fufill this but i belive theres a part of me that knows i can do it. I'd like to be motivated, so any motivating posts here can help :)
Welcome to freetrainers OzBorne1131. Congratulations on deciding to take control of your lifestyle. You will feel the difference in about 3-6 days after you start cardio and lifting. Don't forget to eat enough!
