I'm a college student that put on the freshman 15 and the sophomore 10 and a few extra during the summer. So now im around 150 but I was 125 when i started college. Just trying to loose the weight and stop the trend! :)

Hi I am new to the ft thing. I need help finding out what to eat and what is the right amount and the right exercises to do. I weigh 155 and I want to get to 135....
