I went through all the steps to start this, but where you do find out what exercises to do? Do they have somewhere where it explains them?

Thanks!

Hey I'm new too! To view your exercises, at the top of your screen there should be a link entitled "Fitness Plan". Click on that and then underneath that, there should be more links and you're gonna click on the one that says "personalized fitness plan". Then a new site will pop up and your gonna click on one of the icons that says "your exercise program". Then you'll see all the weeks your scheduled to work out and if you click on one week, it'll show you what you're suppossed to do. Above the little charts you'll see a link entitled "Description". Click that and it'll show you a picture with instructions and hints on how to perform the exercise.

I hope that helped, otherwise I'm sorry...
