Hi everyone
Greating here from the Arab Gulf , I found this site by searching the internet I'm looking for useful information about diets and building muscles.
I'm in diet started 3 months ago , I lost around 25 Kgs (55 Punds) , My diet was not organized , very difficult and sometimes painful, Now I'm trying to correct that.
Here where I live all food full with bad fat , I have American friend who told me about health diet and where to get them. American products is the best beacuse of nutrition fact table , other products don't have the facts table !
Right now i'm using the book ABS Diet by David Zinczenko (great book) along with the exercise DVD.
Weight : 75 Kg ( 165 Pounds )
Height: 176cm
My food system now depend on protein , Tuna , sardine, ( Turkey ), whey powder ( with water) , chiken breasts and no-fat milk and yogurt, I'm trying to reach the 150-200 gram of protein everyday.
Plz forgive me if my english is bad I'm sure I'll enjoy reading your great posts and hope to post some.
