Hello, I've been a basic member since early Sept and I've truly enjoyed this site. I'm a Navy sailor currently deployed in the Gulf. I received my Physical Fitness Specialist certification from the Cooper Institute prior to deploying so I could take the job as the ships Command fitness specialist...Man did I bit off more than I could chew. I'm going to really need help, but I'm ready to learn.
