I'm at that age when I don't want to start showing my age, so here I am trying to keep in shape. I joined Curves and that has given me back some energy, but I still can't get rid of the belly, I call it my "baby" fat, ha. I would like to lose about 15 pounds as well. I think I'm at the right spot for support, still trying to find my way around.:)
Looking forward to getting to know you.

To me, old age is always 15 years older than I am.

Yup, you're in the right spot for support... first thing to check is your diet... make sure you are getting what you need, and not getting what you don't... a lot of the fitness thing is diet... check your nutritional profile in FT.. it'll help...

Welcome to Ft! Curves is a good starting place, but you will need to graduate to heavier weights, different exercises and a healthy eating plan.
Cruise the forums here - so much good info!!!!
It takes time, enjoy the process!
