I don't get the weight for the workout sheet thing that you fill out to see how you're doing. I don't know what to put there if I am not using weights.. like if I do push ups do I leave those blank or put my body weight!!?? Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to ft Andrea.

You can put your bodyweight. The formula takes into consideration repetitions as well, so progress will still show up in the charts if it occurs.
