hi im betty im 25 an im from canada i have 2 boys 5 and 3 i am despretly trying ot lose weight in my leg! if you have any suggestions or excersice ideas feel free to fill me in. thanx and i hope to get lots of ideas here:big_smile:

Welcome to the site. We'll need a bit more info such as what kind of equipment (if any) you have access to. The Diet and Nutrition forum has some good info while you're browsing around. You'll see if you haven't already, that losing fat is a whole body thing, not just in your legs.

ok i have been looking around but there is alot to look at
i am on slim fast 2 times a day and water i am not eating solids at the moment and i have a tony little type walking swing legs thing, i am also walking alot and doing crunches
