Well... to lose weight, you sort of have to lose more calories than you eat calories (I gotta fix my grammar some time after I fix my weight!)
They say cardio is effective and also, if you get invited to lots of parties or say you can't resist food, a tip that I got from someone here was : eat sugarless gum, it'll stop you from eating other things
