Hi Everybody!
Just wanted to say hi and hope that with all of your support I will be able to achieve my target (that is lose the 10 kilos I've piled on!) If anyone can provide tips etc to effective weight loss, that would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to FT..
Well... to lose weight, you sort of have to lose more calories than you eat calories (I gotta fix my grammar some time after I fix my weight!)
They say cardio is effective and also, if you get invited to lots of parties or say you can't resist food, a tip that I got from someone here was : eat sugarless gum, it'll stop you from eating other things

Windsurfer is correct, but try to stay around 200-250 cals below your maintance level.
