learn all you can and be consistent with your exercise and healthy eating.

Hi... I'm having the same problem, Well I had my first baby 3 years ago and my second one 9 months ago, between the both of them I gained 60 lbs, and I'm still carrying 35 lbs of my baby weight. I'm just having a hard time doing it. But Im determined to try to get the 35 lbs off by May of next year. I just want to be able to look decent in a bathing suit..

It takes time for your body to stabilize hormonally after having a baby. Get your eating on track and start an exercise routine. Consistency will pay off in time.
