Hello my name is Mallory, Im looking to get a group of people to help me stay strong.. i eat when im bored..or lonley..or happy...or well u get the idea. I feel grossed out by myself, i have never been this heavy and don't plan on staying this big, but i feel as if i have no will power.. i work part time and am a full time mother. I do great during the day on a diet..But then night time comes..and all i want to do is eat. Im really hopeing this site helps..I want to feel pretty again, and good about myself..and that goal just seems impossible to reach sometimes!
Hey Mallory, I completely get what you are saying and I think a 'stay strong' group is an excellent idea. I am a mum of two and know what you are saying about night time food urges. For me that can sometimes be coupled with wanting to eat their leftovers (Lord help me) but putting strategies into place can help. I have lost quite a bit of weight and now my main aim is to tone up and keep the weight off, but I would still like to drop another 15(ish) lbs. Your goal is very realistic. I can help to motivate you if you like!
