Hi everyone! I am excited to join this group. I am a teen mom to a toddler who is almost 2. My hubby just bought me a home gym so I am anxious to start it and lose all this weight! When hubby and i were dating and got married i was about a size 7 or 8 now i am a 16/18 EEKKKSSS!! I want to get small again more for me than him! He loves me no matter what but i loved me small! lol So any ideas and tips would be great! Also what kind of vitamins/ smoothies work good? I want to lose as much weight as I can before July, since we are having a big college graduation party for my hubby and will be going to phoenix and out to the pool ect. ect. Thanks in advance!! hi aryanas_mom and welcome to FT. You'll find all the support and information to get you started on a healthy and active lifestyle. Take the time to explore the site and learn all you can about nutrition and exercise. A good starting point is the grocery list for healthy eating in the nutrition forum and then get yourself set up with one of the exercise programs free from FT. A good workout schedule is to do some kind of cardio 2-3X/week plus wt training 2-3X/week. Diet is key and a wt loss of 1-2lbs per week works best. As far as supplements go, just get yourself a good multivitamin and you could add some fish oil tablets as well. That is really all you need. Use food as your primary source of nutrition.

Good Luck with your goals.
