Im a new member here, im63yrs old,ibeen married to my husband 42yrs, im not sure what to say here,this here is completly new to me,im trying to loose some weight, and im glad i joined this community, i have 3 daughters and one son,and 1 great grandson, im having a problem loosing some weight, and im glad im here,looking forward to meeting you all, sunshine23

You follow a work out routine? It's never too late to start but start slowly and you'll get the wanted results (maybe one of your kids can work out with you?)

HI Sunshine!! Finally someone older than me, I am 55! I was beginning to think I was the oldest one out there. Our goals are the same and our ages are not that much different. I joined a gym, now have personal trainer and want to lose 55 pounds, OR 20% body fat, whichever comes first. There are a lot of helpful people on here. Good luck!!
