hi! would be nice to talk and support each other here. I'm 30 years old and weight 194. I have started a healthy diet and my workout here (on freetrainers' plan). I like it... I do it 5 days a week. My goal is 140lbs or 135 lbs by the end of this year. I want go slow this time but to keep these result and feel happy. how are you going?
