sup everyone , this and next week is test week for spring football , and today i maxed out on cleans , my goal was to do my body weight but i was only able to do 185, because for the past 2 weeks we were doing endurance lifting, with medium weight, well i guess i have no time , but also how can i increase my vertical jump, and how many times i can hop over a bench press in one minute and do faster shuttle runs???????
