HI, need help with Work out routine!!!!

Can you please help me figure out the best possible routine to work out 5 days a week, I really don't understand the exercise names yet, so if you can put it in body parts that would be great for example, Biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms on Monday than what on Tuesday, Wednesday and so on?
