hi everyone. im 16 years old. 211 pounds and 5"11
i used to be very fit but i let myself go and i gained a lot of weight since the age of 13. my goal is to weigh about 165 pounds and i never seem to have the motivation..but now i want to change...im moving to a new town in about 5 months and i want to make a fresh start and i want to feel better about myself. i have absolutely no idea about proteins, starches, carbohydrates and all that...so i need someone to break it down and make it simple enough for me to understand...i also have a treadmill in my home is thats any help...thanks a lot!
