hi...i finally found a site that i liked soi hope this site works out for me. anyone interested in being my weight loss partner we can keep each other on track to motivate each other and not give up. (female please)
i'm 130 and want to lose 10-15 lbs my problem area are my hips and stomach. any suggestions??

Good Luck And welcome to the site.
Start off by eating good foods, add in some cardio 3-4x a week with some resistance training and you will shed that fatty tissue proportionatly.
